- Challenge
- Deliver live results from 1,100+ competitions the second a goal happens.
- What we did
- Flutter apps with native Swift and Kotlin widgets, real-time notifications, an offline cache and store listings optimized per country. The same foundation powers Clutch, for basketball.

Komodo VPN: 30,566 installs on a server network we run
- Challenge
- Encrypt the connection on public Wi-Fi with a single tap, on servers we control end to end.
- What we did
- A Flutter app on OpenVPN, our own server network with automatic failover, and subscriptions on the App Store and Google Play.

Inventra: multi-branch inventory that syncs in the cloud
- Challenge
- Small businesses tracking stock in spreadsheets, blind to what each branch holds.
- What we did
- A cross-platform app with cloud sync: products, branches, sales, purchases, barcode scanning and low-stock alerts. It adapts to each company’s processes instead of starting from scratch.

IRISA: online suicide-risk screening for the Mexican Association of Suicidology
- Challenge
- A clinical instrument that mental-health professionals run online from any device: 50 items, 10 to 15 minutes and five risk levels.
- What we did
- Maintenance, new features and follow-up for the web app used by licensed professionals, with sensitive clinical data involved.

Servers and cloud
Linux servers, Google Cloud (Cloud Run and Cloud Functions) and Firebase. We choose by load and cost: the PDF Master API scales to zero when nobody is using it.
Private networks and VPN
We connect branches, warehouses and remote staff over an encrypted VPN, with per-user access you can grant or revoke in minutes.
Security
Automatic HTTPS, encryption in transit, firewalls, least-privilege access and secrets kept out of the code. AI keys live on the server, never inside the app.
Monitoring and alerts
We check servers, APIs, app stores and cloud billing automatically. If something breaks, we know before your customers do.
Automated deployment
Docker and GitHub Actions: every release is built, tested and shipped the same way, with no manual steps and no "it worked on my machine".

We model the cost per user before you scale, compare providers and move workloads to where they cost less, without lowering quality.
