Yes. We are based in Puebla and install anywhere in Mexico: site survey, installation and configuration on site.
Do you offer 24/7 monitoring?
Yes, two ways: a monitoring center with people who watch the cameras and act on an agreed protocol, and automatic technical monitoring that alerts us when a camera drops or the recorder stops recording.
Can I watch my cameras from my phone?
Yes, live and recorded, with an account for each person and encrypted access. The devices are not left open to the internet.
Can you work with the cameras I already have?
Often, yes. We check the brand, model and recorder; if they are compatible we bring them into monitoring and tell you what is worth replacing and what isn't.
How many days of recording are kept?
Whatever your operation needs. We set it during design, because it depends on the number of cameras, the image quality and the drive size.
What happens if power or internet goes down?
The recorder keeps storing video on site even without internet, and backup power carries it through outages. Technical monitoring alerts us when a site goes offline.
